Flooring must be inspected prior to installation. Store and acclimate where the material is to be installed. Report any problems to Wood Plus BEFORE installing. Wood that has been installed can not be returned or any credit given.

Returns: 15% Restock fee on stock items, a minimum of 30% on special order items. PLUS applicable shipping fees UNLESS noted otherwise. No returns after 30 days. $69 pickup fee applies.

Moisture content must be between 7%-9%. Only unopened boxes/bundles can be returned. Apply appropriate waste factor to all orders. There is a $45 Return check Fee.

Credit card surcharge is 2.8% on all credit card transactions. Custom Orders can NOT be returned, and the buyer is responsible for paying for any overages.
